This one is very good, Gary. Bullets, arrows, swords, knives and strangulations abound, with several gut stabs. Hot stuff! Love the scene where the guy pulls the kid towards him using a bullwhip, and then stabs him in the belly with a knife. Also love the thrown machete in the man's guts. Thanks for this one.

That first guy death was so sexy. It's like a true heroic death, after he defends his loved one from overwhelming odds. Once he can't fight anymore, he is down, his dying is like his heroic heart was stabbed. It is that death cry that makes it all so sexy.
