A strange movie indeed. The acting is very theatrical. The movie was on TV this week. Watched only the action part, which is only the part shown in the video.
A movie like only Italians can make. Bewildering but sensual, absurd and violent. That guy taking 10 (!!) spears is awesome! And the scene where the guys don't realize they're offering the enemy a drink is hilarious. Nice to have a set stills too, thanks!
Strange movie, but some great visuals. Some of the deaths are done so melodramtically. Thanks for this. I like it!

ReplyDeleteThe part with the Romans is a fantasy of the little girl. The movie is told from her point of view, remembering this when she was little.
