I remember seeing the knife-throw scene at 0:30 a long time ago and going crazy over it. The surprise that the victim shows at that very tense moment still thrills me, especially when the camera pans to that long, narrow, and deadly-looking blade buried part way into his lower back. Funny that I don't remember the rest of the scene, where the American soldier finishes off the German guy with a few deep knife thrusts. I don't remember the frontal knife strike at 03:30, either: I love it! The suddenness and force of the knife-throw are so sensual. Thanks!!!
